Today, she serves as Head of Growth at Onit, where she leads a team and growth strategy for AI-native solutions in legal operations—streamlining decision-making for enterprise legal and contract lifecycle management.

Her path here wasn't linear. It was layered with learning, failure, discovery, and reinvention. Prior to Onit, Ms. Goh served as director of growth marketing at HHAeXchange and held pivotal roles at Sovos, including corporate data lead in the Office of the CEO and director of growth marketing. Her career spans multiple industries—from legal tech and tax compliance to edtech and retail—reflecting her ability to adapt, lead, and thrive in high-growth environments.

Ms. Goh's leadership style was forged in fast-paced startups. She's a player-coach—just as comfortable crafting strategy as she is executing it. Along the way, she's had the privilege of working with remarkable leaders across continents and sectors, shaping how she shows up—with integrity, pragmatism, and an unwavering commitment to results.

Beyond the boardroom, Ms. Goh is deeply engaged in community and thought leadership. She serves on the advisory board of Callbotics.AI and co-founded the Women in Corporate podcast with peers in Argentina—an initiative born from the desire to amplify women's voices in business. She's also a member of Alpha Phi Sigma and the American Society of Criminology, organizations that have fueled her curiosity and professional growth.

Her academic roots remain close to her heart. Though she did not complete her Ph.D. in terrorism studies, her research on the intersection of marketing and extremist recruitment sharpened her understanding of influence, storytelling, and the psychology behind human decision-making—foundations that continue to guide her marketing approach today: people first, message with purpose.

Ms. Goh holds a master's degree in criminal justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and a double Bachelor's in Economics and Finance from RMIT in Melbourne. She credits her parents' sacrifices and unconditional support for much of her resilience and drive.

Civic duty has long been a part of Ms. Goh's identity. She has served as the fundraising chair for Women Accelerators since 2021 and was a panelist for the United Nations Association of Canada's Calgary branch from 2016 to 2020. Her first foray into service came in 2012 as a preschool teacher with AmeriCorps—a formative experience that still informs her work today.

What fuels her most is her purpose: to uplift women—especially women of color and those for whom English isn't a first language—navigating the complexities of corporate life. As a mother to a spirited three-year-old daughter, she's building the kind of future she wants her child to inherit: inclusive, empowering, and full of possibility.

In her downtime, Ms. Goh enjoys painting, exploring art museums, trying new restaurants with close friends, traveling, and sharing quiet moments with her daughter—where inspiration often finds her, unexpectedly.
