Under her leadership, Diodes' revenue increased from approximately $700 million to $1.3 billion by 2024. With nearly three decades of experience and specialties in sales, marketing, technology solutions, and supply chain management, Ms. Yang has demonstrated exceptional career progression. Prior to reaching her current position at Diodes, she was the vice president of sales for the Americas in 2015 before quickly ascending to become the vice president of worldwide sales and marketing from 2017 to 2020. Before joining Diodes, she was the vice president of worldwide sales at Pericom Semiconductor from 2014 to 2015, during which she implemented compensation plans, led teams of sales and manufacturing representatives and delivered revenues that often exceeded company expectations.

Ms. Yang's earlier years at Pericom include a significant tenure as the sales director for strategic accounts from 2003 to 2012. During this period, she implemented business growth strategies that saw more than 10 times the revenue growth, highlighting her remarkable leadership and marketing acumen. Her longstanding ability to build strong relationships with customers and expand business opportunities has been a hallmark of her career.

Determined to support the next generation of semiconductor leaders and empower more women to reach leadership positions in a traditionally male-dominated field, she was certified as a distinguished mentor by the Women in Hardware Mentorship program under the Global Semiconductor Alliance. This honor acknowledged the ongoing group and individual mentoring, speaking engagements, and authored contributions she has maintained throughout her executive career and her role as a champion for industry excellence.

In addition, she also serves on the advisory board for Model N's customer relationship management system and is a board member for Diodes Hong Kong and DKS. Her engagement extends to the communities in which she works through leadership of food banks and donation drives while at both Diodes and Pericom.

Before embarking onto her vocational path, Ms. Yang earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from University College in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, in 1992.

Happily married and a proud mother of three children, Ms. Yang enjoys traveling, cooking and baking during her personal time.
