Prior to his tenure at Emmes, Mr. Hill held the position of manager of clinical operations at IQVIA Biotech from 2019 to 2022. During this period, he honed his expertise in cardiology and oncology, overseeing complex clinical trials that required seamless coordination among diverse professionals. His ability to bring together individuals from various specialties was instrumental in maintaining the integrity and success of these studies.

From 2017 to 2019, Mr. Hill served as a senior clinical research associate at IQVIA Biotech. In this capacity, he was the main contact for clinical sites and internal protocol groups, conducting site visits to ensure adherence to good clinical practice guidelines and FDA regulations. He worked closely with site personnel as both a trainer and partner, preparing them for FDA audits and ensuring compliance with federal regulations and protocol requirements.

Mr. Hill started his career in the health care sector as a supervisor of invasive cardiology and electrophysiology at WakeMed Heart Center in Raleigh, North Carolina, from 1994 to 1999. There, he planned, organized and led a department of 38 cross-trained critical care allied health professionals who assisted physicians with diagnostic and therapeutic interventions. His collaboration with quality assurance teams to implement quality improvements underscored his dedication to professional development and excellence in patient care.

His academic background laid the foundation for his professional achievements. Mr. Hill earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration in management and organizational development from Mount Olive College in 2001. He also holds an Associate of Applied Science in radiologic technology from Johnston Community College, completed in 1988. These educational accomplishments were recognized through awards such as the All-American Colleges Award for Academic Achievement and inclusion on the National Dean's List.

Mr. Hill attributes much of his success to mentors who recognized his potential and encouraged him to explore new paths. This experience fuels his passion for developing others, offering guidance similar to what he received throughout his career. By blending the high standards of clinical care with the developmental opportunities of corporate management, he has created a leadership style that emphasizes both accountability and growth. Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Hill enjoys outdoor activities such as boating and ATV off-roading.
