By 2018, she was appointed as the senior director of talent acquisition for early careers, and in 2024, she expanded her responsibilities to include global technology.

Ms. Schmidt began with a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Villanova University in 1994. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is actively involved in civic organizations. She sponsors Women in Technology and Women in Leadership at ADP and has served as one of the chairs of the Special Olympics committee at Villanova University. Ms. Schmidt's participation in Habitat for Humanity further underscores her dedication to community service.
