Ms. Finazzo's educational background included coursework as a phlebotomy technician at Indian River State College from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, she received credentials as a certified baby planner through Baby Planner University and as a certified faith-based counselor through the International Institute of Faith-Based Counseling. These credentials have equipped Ms. Finazzo with the knowledge and expertise necessary to provide comprehensive support to her clients.

Ms. Finazzo's dedication extends beyond her professional endeavors. She actively engages with the community through collaborations with nonprofit organizations in Saint Lucie County, where she raises awareness about her services and supports local initiatives. Her efforts include acting as a liaison for local thrift stores, redistributing items related to babies and children to families in need, and serving at community events such as breakfasts, grocery giveaways and community baby showers. Moreover, Ms. Finazzo is an active volunteer at The Hands and Feet and Better Together and she supports Planned Parenthood.
