She also served in real estate with several other companies, including Town International Real Estate Fortune in Florida, Douglas Elliman Real Estate and an additional seven years with Trump International Real Estate in New York. Ms. Williams began her real estate as a licensed salesperson with Prudential Douglas Elliman from 2001 to 2003 and The Corcoran Group from 1998 to 2001. Her initial foray into the professional world was as a bookkeeper and sales agent at Polytrade International Incorporation for five years, following a role as store manager at Benetton Retail Corporation from 1988 to 1992.

Educationally, Ms. Williams completed a certificate in Spanish from Baruch College in 1989 and coursework in fashion design at The New School, Parsons School of Design in 1993. She also pursued studies in industrial design and social science business at Pontific Catholic University in Curitiba Brazil. Bolstering her expertise are her certifications in short sales and foreclosures and her membership with the Realtors Commercial Alliance of Broward, Palm Beach & Treasure Coast. She is also a licensed associate broker in Florida and Broker in NY.

In recognition of her accomplishments, Ms. Williams's husband and business partner, Mr. Andre Ruebner, is 'Germanborn' has been honored with numerous awards, such as the 2024 LEICHT The Architectural Kitchen Winner of Worldwide competition for THE BEST KITCHEN DESIGN Award for Atelier of Kitchens, Leicht, which reflects her husband's dedication to delivering exceptional designs. Lika also came in third place at Deal of the Year at Town Residential by REBNY and earned third prize from The Corcoran Group by the same group. Additionally, she has been featured in publications like "Annual REBNY Honors" by The Real Deal: New York Real Estate News in 2016 and "REBNY Picks Some Winners at 22nd Annual Gala" by Brokers Weekly in 2010.

Born in Brazil, Lika enjoys taking her 3 dogs to playdates and engaging them in activities, pickleball, motorcycle riding as a hobby in her free time.
