Mr. Antillon has established himself as a distinguished leader in the meat processing industry, with a career spanning over three decades. As the general manager of Perdido River Meats since 2009, he has been instrumental in overseeing the facility's operations, ensuring compliance with food safety protocols and managing the processing floor to meet customer specifications. His responsibilities extend to overseeing sales, shipping, receiving goods and maintaining the entire operations facility, including wastewater treatment. Additionally, Mr. Antillon manages the retail store connected to the facility and is fully responsible for the profit and loss statements for the facility's financials.

In addition to his tenure at Perdido River Meats, Mr. Antillon has served as the general manager at Poarch Creek Indians since 2023, where he continued to demonstrate his expertise in managing complex operations. Leveraging his former success, he excelled as a production manager at PHM Brands from 2022 to 2023. Previously, Mr. Antillon was the plant manager at Cacique Foods LLC between 2021 and 2022, helping solidify his reputation as a leader in plant operations.

Mr. Antillon's career included several other significant roles, such as plant manager at Skylark Meats LLC from 2018 to 2021 and enterprise Gold Canyon operations manager at Shamrock Foods Company between 2017 and 2018. His tenure at Shamrock Foods Company began in 2016 as a meat plant production manager.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Antillon worked as a plant manager for Standard Meat Company from 2006 to 2009. JBS acquired him as an operations manager in 2009 before being promoted to general manager in 2013. Subsequently, Mr. Antillon became the general manager at Manning Beef between 2014 and 2016.

A graduate of Universidad de Guadalajara, Mr. Antillon received a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management in 1989. His commitment to food safety is underscored by receiving a Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points certification, which has been pivotal in maintaining high standards across all facilities under his management.

Mr. Antillon is actively involved in civic organizations, supporting Extension and Extend Food and Services within the community and collaborating with Governor Ivey and the State of Alabama to support projects that train employees for industry jobs.

Mr. Antillon attributes much of his success to the guidance of mentors who provided him with a safe space for growth and self-improvement.
