Ms. Butler's leadership helped position Bonterra as one of the fastest-growing top 15 brands during her time there.

Before entering the wine industry, Ms. Butler honed her skills in the consumer packaged goods sector. At Russell Stover Chocolates from 2017 to 2021, she excelled as a brand manager, senior brand manager and associate brand director, leading the company's seasonal portfolio. Ms. Butler's career began at Hallmark Cards in 2014, where she excelled in product and brand management during a transformative period for the company.

Ms. Butler's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in English and journalism with a minor in philosophy from Wake Forest University in 2007 and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on general marketing, communications and brand management from Washington University in Saint Louis in 2018.
