His efforts in helping employees with green cards become U.S. citizens stand out as one of his most memorable experiences.

From 2003 to 2009, Mr. Bidwell was a board member and consultant for NuStar Inc., where he provided strategic guidance during a critical period for the company. Before that, he held the roles of chief financial officer and chief operating officer at Health Fitness Corporation from 1987 to 2002. He founded the company with just three people and transformed it into one of the largest health-related companies in the United States, which became publicly traded under his stewardship.

Mr. Bidwell's academic background laid a strong foundation for his professional achievements. He earned a master's degree in business with concentrations in quantitative analysis, marketing and finance from the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University in 1970. He also holds a Bachelor of Science with a dual major in mathematics and physics and a minor in history from Marietta College, where he graduated in 1968. His time as an assistant professor of physics at Marietta College further honed his analytical skills.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Mr. Bidwell is actively involved in civic organizations, such as community outreach programs, food banks, local church activities and home-building projects. He is further committed to pro bono work and helping people through community outreach initiatives. Additionally, his passion for classic cars has earned him awards for his restoration work.

In his personal life, Mr. Bidwell enjoys spending time with his family, which includes four children and four grandsons residing in California and Boulder, Colorado.
