Prior to his current position, Mr. Devarasetti served as director of open banking at U.S. Bank from 2020 to 2023. During this time, he was pivotal in advancing the bank's open banking initiatives, leveraging his deep understanding of financial data exchange and quantum computing. His leadership in these areas was recognized with several accolades, including the Innovation Inspiration Award and the Legends of U.S. Bank award in 2019.

From 2010 to 2020, Mr. Devarasetti held the position of group application manager at U.S. Bank, where he managed a team responsible for developing innovative solutions in consumer credit card technology. His efforts were acknowledged with the U.S. Bank Above and Beyond Award in 2010. Before this role, he was a senior application consultant at U.S. Bank from 2008 to 2010, following a similar position at Cerberal Solutions from 2007 to 2008.

Mr. Devarasetti's early career included roles as an application team lead at Nipuna Services Limited from 2004 to 2006 and as an application specialist at Speck Systems Ltd from 2003 to 2004. He began his professional journey as an application developer at SatNav Technologies from 2001 to 2003 after completing a project internship at Google from 2000 to 2001.

Mr. Devarasetti's academic background includes a Master of Science in technology management from the University of Bridgeport and a Bachelor of Technology from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University. These educational achievements gave him a strong foundation for his technology management and innovation career. Additionally, Mr. Devarasetti holds several certifications, including the management accelerator certification from McKinsey & Company, a quantum computing fundamentals certification from MIT xPRO, a digital business strategy certificate from MIT Sloan School of Management and a certification in service-oriented architecture from Arcitura Education Inc. Similarly, he is a TIBCO Certified Architect. He also holds professional certifications in both Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
