Her tenure at Amazon MGM Studios as a VFX supervisor and producer for "Road House" from 2022 to 2023 further solidified her reputation in the industry. She also contributed her talents to Paramount and Apple TV as a VFX producer for the project "Before" in 2023.

Ms. Scheer's contributions to award-winning films like "Titanic," "Avatar," "The Lord of the Rings: Return of the King," "War for the Planet of the Apes" and "X-Men: Days of Future Past" have cemented her status as a distinguished figure in visual effects and production management. As a member of the Visual Effects Society and Themed Entertainment Association, she remains engaged with industry developments while continuing to inspire future generations through teaching and mentorship initiatives.

Ms. Scheer's professional trajectory includes significant roles such as senior digital and media producer at Walt Disney Imagineering from 2018 to 2020, VFX producer for Marvel Entertainment's "Cloak and Dagger" in 2017 and executive producer and head of VFX at Park Road Post Production from 2014 to 2017. She also gained valuable international experience at Weta Digital in New Zealand — where she collaborated with renowned filmmaker Peter Jackson's associates — as well as in London, England, as a global resource manager at Moving Picture Company (MPC).

Prior to embarking upon her professional journey, Ms. Scheer pursued an education at Central Michigan University, where she earned a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in management information systems in 1993. Her early exposure to business through her parents' enterprise and subsequent discovery of graphic design and computer programming during college steered her toward the visual effects industry. Upon moving to California and connecting with her cousin's friends in the field, she soon landed her first jobs in visual effects and discovered her passion for producing while at Pacific Title. By gaining experience in both production and artistic roles, she became a well-rounded industry figure and expert in her field.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Scheer is deeply committed to civic engagement. She actively participates in mentorship programs within her workplace and extends guidance to young professionals entering the entertainment industry.
