Before pivoting to join Univar Solutions, Mr. Garber enjoyed a tenured career at Olin Corporation between 2007 and 2021. He recently served as a regional sales account manager in Mandeville from 2020 to 2021, during which time he honed his skills in managing client relationships and driving sales growth. He also held dual roles as the lead marketing manager and North America marketing manager for caustic soda in Chattanooga, Tennessee, between 2016 and 2021. Mr. Garber's career at Olin Corporation began in 2007 as a logistics specialist, a role he held until 2011. He then transitioned into a marketing analyst role from 2011 to 2013, where he analyzed market trends and contributed to data-driven decision-making processes. Moreover, he achieved success as a sales manager, where he played a pivotal role in developing the sales team for the Gulf Coast region between 2012 and 2016.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Garber earned a Bachelor of Science in operations management from the University of Alabama in 2006. This education laid the foundation for his successful career by equipping him with essential skills in operations management and strategic planning. Additionally, Mr. Garber earned several certifications that have furthered his professional development, including safety and leadership training from Aubrey Daniels International Inc., as well as certificates of completion and effective speaking from Dale Carnegie.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Garber is actively involved in civic organizations. He volunteers as a soccer coach with the Mandeville Soccer Club and with the University of Alabama National Alumni Association and has contributed his time to the New Orleans Area Habitat for Humanity since 2015. He is also an active member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church and enjoys coaching community soccer teams. Previously, Mr. Garber served as a volunteer emergency medical technician with the American Red Cross in the Greater Chattanooga area from 2009 to 2012.
