For eight years, he held various positions at HCL Technologies, including business manager in 2015, associate business manager from 2013 to 2014, senior business analyst from 2010 to 2013, business analyst from 2008 to 2009 and management trainee from 2007 to 2008. Each of these roles contributed to his comprehensive understanding of business operations, unemployment insurance, project management and IT services.

Mr. Mazumdar laid a robust foundation for his successful career through his academic endeavors, earning a postgraduate diploma in management with a focus on operations and marketing management from Amity University in 2007. During his time at the school, he created a business plan to assemble a plastic waste recycling plant in India, highlighting his commitment to utilizing his skills for the benefit of others. Prior to that, he completed a Bachelor of Technology in civil engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Silchar in 2004 and obtained an All India Senior School Certificate Examination in science from Kendriya Vidyalaya in 2000.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Mazumdar holds numerous certifications that expand his knowledge and qualifications. Through AWS, he is certified as an AI practitioner, a cloud practitioner and holds a cloud economics accreditation. Additionally, he is certified in product management by Cornell University and as a ScrumMaster by Scrum Alliance. His dedication to staying abreast of technological advancements is evident through his completion of courses such as Generative AI with Large Language Models and his membership in industry-related organizations such as the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Mazumdar actively volunteers as an assistant coach for children's soccer teams and participates in programs within the Howard County Public School System. Also a dedicated family man, he is happily married and a proud father of two children.
