From 2017 to 2019, he was a development specialist at NDI, leading fundraising and operational development efforts. Mr. Pogue's professional journey also includes distinguished experience in the financial sector: he served as a senior relationship manager at Congressional Federal Credit Union (2010–2015) and previously as a registered representative and client service officer at Citibank and Citi Private Bank.

Mr. Pogue's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in finance in 2017 and a Master of Business Administration in 2021 from the University of Maryland. His dedication to continuous learning is reflected in advanced training, including the Transformative Leadership in Disruptive Times executive program at The George Washington University in 2021 and a Project Management Certification from Cornell University in 2024.
