Additionally, Ms. Ansorge managed onboard retail venues and organized a competition among schools to provide participating students the opportunity to present their innovative projects to company executives.

Ms. Ansorge initiated her career as a 3D printing engineer at Shapeways in 2016 before being invited to complete an internship with Studio930 at Rochester Institute of Technology in 2018. Concurrently, she thrived as a graphic designer and sports photographer at Crossfit RSG from 2018 through 2020 and as a web developer and designer at Jensen/BRV Engineering from 2019 to 2020. In 2021, Ms. Ansorge transitioned to the title of UI/UX specialist with DonorSearch, where she refined her skills in real-world UX design through 2023.

Across a series of distinct professional appointments, Ms. Ansorge has relied on impressive academic credentials. She earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in interdisciplinary object design from Towson University in 2016 before pursuing graduate studies. She now proudly holds a Master of Fine Arts in industrial design from the prestigious Rochester Institute of Technology, which she completed in 2020, and Ms. Ansorge has secured numerous certifications, including end-to-end JavaScript testing with Cypress.io and web accessibility training through edX.

Ms. Ansorge's father served in the Coast Guard and her grandfather was a Navy captain, thus her professional pursuits reflect a family legacy of working on cruise ships and large military vessels. She counts the delivery of the Utopia of the Seas as her most significant career achievement thus far, noting that the ship features significant changes and structural differences that are reflected in the variety of added venues. Ms. Ansorge attributes her advancement to determination and resilience, qualities instilled by her mother who worked tirelessly to support her education, and she acknowledges that positive, productive mentors have helped her develop a keen communication acumen and valuable storytelling abilities.

In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Ansorge remains actively engaged in a range of civic organizations. She participated in fundraising efforts for The Ulman Cancer Fund for Young Adults in 2013 and took part in a cross-country bike ride with 4K For Cancer.

To achieve balance, Ms. Ansorge enjoys scuba diving, running marathons and competing in triathlons.
