His career began as a lead buyer at Groupe ADP, following his initial role as a logistics and security coordinator at Décathlon in 2005.

Mr. Rouzaud's educational background has played a crucial role in shaping his career trajectory. He began with an engineering master's degree from EIGSI, General Engineering School, completed in France in 2005. After earning his engineering diploma, he wanted to pursue business studies to gain management skills and focus on company growth and human relations. Therefore, he completed a master's degree in business management and company strategy from INSEEC School of Business and Economics, earned in 2006.

In addition to his formal education, Mr. Rouzaud has pursued further professional development through certifications, such as the executive leadership lessons course certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education and a certificate in business analytics from Harvard Business School Online in 2020.

Reflecting on his career, Mr. Rouzaud attributes much of his success to the unwavering support of his wife, who has been a key influence throughout his journey. Her encouragement has allowed him to balance the demands of his career with family responsibilities, especially during frequent travels to locations like New York, Santiago de Chile and Bermuda. Additionally, he acknowledges the impact of former managers from diverse backgrounds who have contributed to his professional growth over the years.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Rouzaud is actively involved with industry-related organizations, such as the Washington Area Concierge Association and the Committee for Dulles. In his personal life, he enjoys traveling, particularly exploring off-the-beaten-path locations like Nicaragua, the Philippines and Algeria.
