During this period, Mr. Carroll lead the greater Agile transformation and played a pivotal role in preventing the catastrophic escalation of a coordinated cyberattack on nuclear power plants in Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin.

Mr. Carroll's earlier career includes roles such as lean and agile practitioner at U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services from 2016 to 2017 where he proudly was part of the legendary initiative spearheaded by Mark Schwartz. Moreover, as information technology director at Worldwide Assurance for Employees of Public Agencies Inc. from 2002 to 2016 where he first began mastering Agile, Portfolio, and Product Management disciplines. His journey began as a systems coordinator at the same organization from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Mr. Carroll founded The Lodge Improv in 2006 and led it until 2020 while also teaching improv comedy at Washington Improv Theater from 2003 to 2010.
