Mr. Keel has established a distinguished career in the logistics industry, currently serving as the vice president of operations at Comprehensive Logistics LLC since 2019. In this role, he oversees all day-to-day operations, including personnel management, customer communications, contract negotiation reviews and pricing assessments. Mr. Keel's extensive travel and dedication to building strong customer relationships have been instrumental in his success.

Before pivoting to join Comprehensive Logistics LLC, Mr. Keel was affiliated with another leading 3PL company. He recently served as the regional vice president from 2017 to 2019, where he played a pivotal role in his leading role. Before ascending to the position of regional vice president, Mr. Keel held the title of director of operations between 2016 and 2017, during which he demonstrated exceptional leadership by spearheading transformative projects that significantly improved operational profitability. From 2011 to 2016, he served as regional manager, where his reputation for excellence began to take shape.

Mr. Keel's career began with roles as a plant manager at TransGlobal from 2010 to 2011 and at TNT Logistics (now CEVA) between 2005 and 2010. These early experiences provided him with a solid foundation in logistics management and honed his skills in overseeing complex operations. Mr. Keel's ability to turn around struggling facilities and launch new projects successfully has been a hallmark of his career.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Keel is actively involved with civic organizations, such as The Salvation Army and the Veterans Association, reflecting his commitment to community service. Giving back to his local community has been very rewarding.

Throughout his tenure in the industry, Mr. Keel has been fortunate to have been a part of several transformative projects, including the takeover of the cross-dock in Detroit and the subsequent relocation to Tennessee, which led to a significant improvement in its operations. He was also instrumental in overseeing the launch of a new customer in TX and WA, resulting in two flawless launches and considerable recognition. Another large undertaking was the launch of a major brand OEM in Pennsylvania with a large number of complex subassemblies that has improved operations beyond the previous 12 years of operations from a previous 3PL. Mr. Keel's contributions have been recognized with several awards, including Plant of the Year, Golden Broom Award of the Year, and Supplier of the Year. He attributes much of his success to the lessons he learned from his father and uncle, who taught him never to ask anyone to do something he wouldn't do himself. This principle has helped Mr. Keel build a strong reputation among employees and foster a collaborative work environment.

Looking ahead, Mr. Keel aspires to continue in his career by some day achieving a chief operating officer's positon, viewing it as the next step in his career progression after serving as a vice president. This goal represents his ambition to continue advancing within the industry while maintaining his commitment to excellence in operations management.
