He began as a field technician and rapidly advanced to supervisory and executive roles, including assistant operations manager and executive sales at Performance Technologies LLC. His expertise in completions and hydraulic fracturing equipped him with a unique understanding of industrial infrastructure—a critical advantage in his real estate endeavors.

Mr. Nielsen previously served as senior vice president at NRG Realty Group, where he played a key role in business development and large-scale transactions. His transition from energy operations to industrial brokerage reflects both entrepreneurial vision and industry acumen.

A U.S. Navy veteran, Mr. Nielsen served four years as a 2nd class information technician, stationed in Sicily. His military experience instilled the discipline and resilience that continue to guide his leadership style today.

Born in Stanfield, Arizona, and raised in a modest household, Mr. Nielsen attributes his perseverance to early life challenges. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in international business management from Post University in 2015 and earned his real estate license from the Champions School of Real Estate in 2016.
