As an established property risk consultant, Mr. Moser has served as a Vice President (Engagement Lead) of Property Risk Consulting at Marsh Advisory in the Southeast Zone since 2021. In this role, he collaborates and works alongside a team of 11 colleagues in the Southeast Region to support clients globally. His responsibilities include conducting thorough evaluations of clients' properties to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities, reviewing building plans, and engaging in discussions with risk managers/client risk professionals in regard to opportunities, incidents, losses, and proactive measures. His expertise in fire protection and natural catastrophe consulting for large commercial properties is widely recognized. This includes high-rise buildings, heavy manufacturing facilities, warehouses, defense contractor facilities, large resorts and hospitality locations, healthcare facilities, and other Highly Protected Risk (HPR) locations, which are characterized by their significant exposure to potential hazards, as well as size, and criticality for client operations.

Prior to his current position, Mr. Moser served as a Loss Control Consultant at AIG from 2018 to 2021. During this tenure, he honed his skills in assessing and mitigating risks for a diverse range of clients. Previously, he held the position of Property and Casualty Risk Engineer at Chubb in 2018, where he enhanced his understanding of risk management strategies. From 2015 to 2018, Mr. Moser worked as a Loss Prevention Representative and Field Engineer at AIG, where he acquired valuable experience in property loss control by identifying potential hazards and implementing proactive measures to mitigate risks and safeguard client assets.

Mr. Moser commenced his career in public service as a Firefighter with the Mint Hill Fire Department, where he served from 2012 to 2015. This foundational experience provided him with invaluable firsthand knowledge of fire safety and emergency response, which has proven instrumental in his subsequent professional roles. His dedication to fire protection and risk management is further evidenced by his active membership in esteemed industry organizations, including the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) and the Society of Fire Protection Engineers (SFPE).

Mr. Moser holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Fire Safety Engineering Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, from which he graduated in 2015. This academic foundation has been instrumental in shaping his career in risk consulting. Additionally, he has obtained several professional certifications that enhance his standing in the industry, including the Associate in Insurance (AINS), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CPCU), and Remote Pilot for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Furthermore, Mr. Moser possesses Firefighter I and II Certifications from the International Fire Science Accreditation Congress (IFSAC). These credentials exemplify his commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Mr. Moser attributes a significant portion of his success to the invaluable support he has received from his colleagues around the globe, the flexibility and empathy demonstrated by the leadership teams during his professional journey, and the guidance provided by mentors throughout his career. Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Moser is deeply engaged in civic organizations. In addition to his service as a Firefighter, he served as a lifeguard for the YMCA of Greater Charlotte from 2011 to 2014 and has actively volunteered with the Boys & Girls Clubs. Additionally, he serves as a guide for Achilles International - Kids, a program dedicated to empowering children with disabilities through running. In this role, Mr. Moser, a competitive ultra marathon runner, supports and encourages young athletes, helping them build confidence and achieve their personal goals in a supportive and inclusive environment. These experiences underscore his commitment to community service and his passion for fostering personal growth in others.

In his personal life, Mr. Moser is an avid enthusiast of endurance events, frequently participating in ultra marathons, which are both physically and mentally demanding. Notable events include the 75th Anniversary of D-Day GoRuck 75km Ruck March in Normandy, France from 'Omaha' to 'Utah Beach' landing sites, the Georgia 74 miles Death Race, Long Haul 100-miler, the Forgotten Florida 100-miler, and various other challenging endurance competitions.

As he looks to the future, Mr. Moser aims to further his education, deepen his expertise in his field, and pursue leadership roles within the industry.
