His leadership extended across the United States and Canada, supporting a broad range of clients. Before this role, he served as a senior manager in technology strategy and technical advisory at Avanade from 2021 to 2022, where he played a pivotal role in developing client engagement approaches.

Mr. Demerath began his career in the United States Air Force, where he served for seven years after graduating from the United States Air Force Academy in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in business management and general engineering. His early military service included roles such as nuclear operations senior system operator, operations unit supervisor and nuclear knowledge management lead. This expertise earned him several military service and commendation medals and garnered opportunities in coveted roles, such as quality assurance and evaluation lead, as well as other consultative efforts within nuclear operations focused on improving global operations. Mr. Demerath's military time concluded with his taking over as one of the Air Force's lead cross-functional product and program managers for GPS satellite communication systems development and manufacturing. There, he worked alongside key Department of Defense agencies and defense contractors to deliver innovative technology to the U.S. and its allies from 2015 to 2018.

Following his undergraduate education, Mr. Demerath went on to obtain a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma State University in 2015. He also holds several certifications that have bolstered his professional journey, including Certified ScrumMaster from Scrum Alliance and Certified SAFe 5 Practitioner from Scaled Agile Inc., which have equipped him with agile methodologies crucial for his roles in technology strategy.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Demerath is actively involved in civic activities and philanthropic efforts. He is a consistent donor to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and participates in corporate outreach initiatives that support food shelters and underserved communities. He leads a military network in the Midwest region, partnering with veteran-owned businesses to increase their visibility and organizes events focused on veterans' challenges post-Afghanistan.
