Ms. Bogle is a distinguished professional in the field of supply chain management, renowned for her expertise in negotiation, contracting, category strategy management, training and the implementation and configuration of enterprise resource planning systems. As the company owner of LCB Consulting LLC since 2023, she has been instrumental in working with the hospitality environment; both at the end user level as well as the manufacturing sectors. Her role is two-fold, working with hospitality companies on reengineering and enhancing their procurement and warehousing teams as well as business development with manufacturers, assisting them in penetrating the hospitality market and optimizing their distribution channels.

Prior to founding LCB Consulting LLC, Ms. Bogle served as vice president of procurement at Atlantis Dubai, U.A.E. from 2019 to 2023. During this tenure, she played a pivotal role in the success of Atlantis The Royal, which was recognized as the third iconic landmark in Dubai. Her career also includes significant roles as vice president of supply chain at Okada Manila for the preceding three years and director of procurement at Wynn Palace in Macao from 2014 to 2016. Earlier positions include vice president of strategic contracting at BuyEfficient LLC and director of supply chain roles at Oneida Nation Enterprises and Melco Resorts & Entertainment.

Ms. Bogle's foundational positions were as the director strategic sourcing and purchasing at MGM Mirage, where she honed her skills in supply chain management. She also gained valuable experience as manager of hotel purchasing at Royal Caribbean Cruise Line and held positions in accounting with HPI, the purveyors for Sandals and Beaches Resorts and in global marketing for J. Wray & Nephew Limited, manufacturer and distiller of the internationally renowned Appleton Rum.

Educationally, Ms. Bogle completed a Master of Business Administration in international marketing from Florida International University in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science in chemistry from the University of the West Indies in Kingston, Jamaica in 1987. Having grown up in Jamaica, she moved to Trinidad in 1981 with her mother, who was a career diplomat. Ms. Bogle finished high school in Trinidad and then returned to Jamaica to finish her undergraduate degree.

Further advancing her expertise, Ms. Bogle has earned several professional certifications. She is a Certified Professional in Supply Management from the Institute of Supply Management, a Certified Purchasing Manager and an instructor for Certified Professionals in Supply Management. Beyond her education, she attributes her success to her determination to succeed, her drive, curiosity for constant learning and straightforwardness.

Ms. Bogle's contributions to her industry extend to publishing several articles on supply management topics and serving on various boards within industry-related organizations. She has been recognized as one of the Top 100 Most Influential Women Leaders in Supply Chain for her accomplishments.

Outside her career, Ms. Bogle enjoys playing pickleball, cooking, gardening, traveling and volunteering with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Southern Nevada in her free time. She has a passion for teaching and training future professionals in her field and aims to continue giving back through these activities in the future while maintaining her influence within the supply chain industry.
