Before launching The Caregiver Club®, Dr. Finney began serving as a physical therapist at Mercy Hospital in 2006. Her role has been instrumental in both the acute care and rehabilitation setting.
Dr. Finney's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Science in communication media studies from Northwestern University in 2001. She later pursued a Doctor of Physical Therapy from Washington University in Saint Louis, graduating in 2006. Dr. Finney's education laid a strong foundation for her career, equipping her with the skills necessary to excel in her field. Additionally, she holds credentials as a certified geriatric care practitioner and as a licensed physical therapist in the state of Missouri.
Beyond her professional endeavors, Dr. Finney is actively involved in civic organizations. She serves as the board president for the Wilderness Adventures Foundation and a board member for the June Jesse Memorial Foundation. She also volunteers at her children's schools and various other organizations in St. Louis.
In light of her success, Dr. Finney received the Saint Louis Women of Achievement Award and the Gilligan Alumni Achievement Award. She attributes her success to the unwavering support of her family and friends.
