This case required significant dedication, including extended periods away from his family and firm, yet resulted in a triumphant outcome for Mr. Fleming and his partner.

Concurrently, Mr. Fleming serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors and a member of the Audit Committee at Asian Bank, a position he has held since 2019. In this role, he leads board meetings and collaborates closely with the bank's president and CEO to strategize and implement key initiatives. His leadership in strengthening the bank's compliance framework has been pivotal in supporting its growth and enabling it to thrive. Prior to this, he was a member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2011 to 2019.

Mr. Fleming's legal career began as a law clerk to Honorable Joseph M. Hannon at the Superior Court of the District of Columbia from 1984 to 1985. He then practiced as a solo practitioner until 1988, followed by roles as an associate attorney at two firms through 1994. He is admitted to the bars of New Jersey, Pennsylvania, New York, Maryland, Washington, DC, Ohio, and California.

Mr. Fleming's academic background laid a strong foundation for his legal career. He earned his Juris Doctor from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law in 1984, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. Prior to that, he received a Bachelor of Arts in modern languages from Villanova University in 1981. His diverse education has contributed to the development of his legal acumen and success in complex banking litigation cases.

In addition to his professional endeavors, Mr. Fleming is actively involved in several industry-related organizations, including IR Global, the National Association of Minority and Women-Owned Law Firms, the American Bar Foundation as a Fellow, and the American Bar Association. He is also committed to civic engagement through his participation since 2019 in the Program Committee for the Philadelphia Chinatown Development Corporation (PCDC) and the Board of Directors for ETCC, PCDC's nonprofit owner of its community center and residential tower.
