Earlier in her career, Ms. Anderson held a nearly 23-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson, where she served in numerous leadership roles. From 2016 to 2019, she was the vice president of supply chain data management, overseeing the expansion of enterprise data capabilities across the pharmaceutical, medical device and consumer sectors. Her strategic vision helped redefine how master data supported the entire supply chain, and she was instrumental in building a unified global organization with four regional teams to support personnel and business operations.

From 2012 to 2016, Ms. Anderson served as vice president of enterprise master data management at Johnson & Johnson. Her journey with the company began in 1997 as a senior financial consultant, eventually leading to roles as a manager of sales reporting and director of government compliance. During her career at Johnson & Johnson she received numerous awards for excellence, including the J&J Chairman's Award, the Standards of Leadership Award and the President's Award.

In addition, Ms. Anderson has also been recognized for her career achievements with the YWCA Tribute to Women in Industry Award in 2009. Outside of her career, she is actively involved in civic work, volunteering with the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network Health and is deeply committed to creating more inclusive and empowered workplaces.
