He served in this capacity until 2021, demonstrating particularly exceptional leadership during the COVID-19 pandemic by pioneering remote audits and ensuring all assignments were completed despite travel restrictions. In 2021, Mr. Olszak was named the finance director for the regional business unit, adeptly handling financial operations within the automotive sector until concluding his tenure with Faurecia in 2023.

Mr. Olszak's career began at Bank Pekao in 2006 in the corporate clients department. He was then recruited by PricewaterhouseCoopers Sp. z o.o., where he progressed from an associate in 2007 to an assistant manager by 2012. His early career in external audit laid a strong foundation for his subsequent roles in internal audit and finance management.

In preparation for his future, Mr. Olszak studied at SGH Warsaw School of Economics, where he received a master's degree in finance and banking in 2008 and a master's degree in quantitative methods in economics and information systems in 2009. These educational achievements have been instrumental in shaping his analytical abilities and big-picture perspective, which are crucial to his success in finance and leadership roles.
