Before joining Pindrop, he was the executive vice president of global strategic channels and alliance at PGi from 2020 to 2022, where he played a crucial role in enhancing the company's global presence.

Mr. Lane's career also includes a significant period at Syniverse as the senior vice president of global strategic partners sales from 2018 to 2020. His leadership in this role was marked by substantial growth in partner sales and strategic collaborations. Earlier, from 2016 to 2018, he served as the vice president of sales for direct and indirect software industry at Lumen Technologies, where he was recognized with several awards for his outstanding sales leadership and achievements.

Mr. Lane's journey began at Westcon Group, where he served as senior vice president and general manager from 2009 to 2016. It was during this time that Mr. Lane secured a landmark $100 million deal that expanded Westcon Group's operations globally, leading to the construction of a new logistics center and warehouse at the Indianapolis International Airport and creating 180 jobs. This achievement remains one of his most notable career milestones.

Mr. Lane's academic background includes a Master of Business Administration in international business from the University of Dallas in 1998 and a Bachelor of Science in business management and marketing from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at The University of Texas at Dallas. He also holds a master's certificate in eCommerce from the Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Lane is actively involved in various civic activities, including charity work focused on wildlife and wetland restoration efforts, foster children initiatives, scholarship initiatives, volunteer work with the Special Olympics and mission work in Central Africa. His contributions have been recognized with numerous awards, such as CRN Magazine's Top 100 People You Don't Know But Should in 2017 and Exemplary Sales Leadership and Achievement from the Westcon Group in 2014.
