Dr. Artsyukhovich has established a distinguished career in the field of ophthalmology, marked by his expertise in laser technology and his dedication to advancing medical science. As the chief executive officer and founder of Keen Sight Inc., he has been instrumental in exploring new markets since 2018, particularly focusing on the USA, India and Japan. His efforts include conducting clinical tests in various countries, including Belarus, Germany, India and the United States. Notably, Dr. Robert Osher, a renowned cataract surgeon from Cincinnati, introduced Dr. Artsyukhovich's device to 3,000 ophthalmologists at the American Academy of Ophthalmology Annual Meeting in 2019.

Prior to his current role, Dr. Artsyukhovich served as the chief executive officer and chairman of AlphaVision Inc. from 2016 to 2018. During this tenure, he developed a prototype system for an intra-operative ocular diagnostic and tested it at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute. For the preceding two years, Dr. Artsyukhovich was the chief executive officer of Poplar Medical Systems Inc., where he continued to leverage his expertise in product development of a diagnostic breath analysis system.

His earlier career included significant roles at Novartis Alcon Laboratories from 1999 to 2015 as a product development manager and principal systems engineer. He managed design teams for the Alcon Laser Indirect Ophthalmoscope and the Alcon High Brightness Illuminator. When managing development of the Alcon Photodynamic Therapy Laser, he has been involved in scientific research with heads of the Harvard and Stanford ophthalmology departments, researchers in the UCLA ophthalmology department and the New York Eye Infirmary. He later took part in the development of Alcon Cataract Surgical Consoles – Laureate and Constellation. The tens of thousands of ophthalmic instruments that Dr. Artsyukhovich took part in creating while at Alcon has cured millions of people from blindness in 170 countries around the world. Dr. Artsyukhovich is an inventor in more than 200 patents.

He also held positions as a senior engineer at MMC Technology and Stormedia in 1999 and 1998, respectively, improving computer hard drive disk technology. For this he applied surface science methods learned as a research fellow at Lawrence Berkeley National Lab from 1995 to 1998.

Dr. Artsyukhovich's academic journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in physics from Moscow Engineering Physics Institute (MEPI) in 1983, where he graduated cum laude. He furthered his education with a PhD in physics with a focus on lasers from MEPI in 1991 and another PhD in surface chemistry from the University of Virginia, completed in 1996 after immigrating to the United States. He is very proud of immigrating from a totalitarian country to the U.S. and finding success. Additionally, he completed executive MBA coursework at The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine.

In his personal life, Dr. Artsyukhovich is actively involved in civic organizations as the chief executive officer of Belarusguide Inc. His personal time is also enriched by his role as a father to one daughter. He enjoys gardening as a hobby.

Throughout his career, Dr. Artsyukhovich has been recognized for his contributions to science and technology, representing SPIE at local science fairs. His accolades also include receiving a Golden Medal during high school. Reflecting on his career, he is motivated by his faith in God and cites his faith as a guiding force throughout his journey.
