He began his career at Morgan Stanley in 2007 as a senior desktop analyst level III support for Keane Inc-NTT DATA, where he provided critical support and solutions.

Mr. Cilluffo's passion for technology was sparked in his youth during the rise of visionaries like Bill Gates and Steve Jobs, and the revolutionary ATARI game systems that reshaped both the technology and gaming worlds. Influenced by these early innovations, he began repairing PCs and Macintosh computers in the 1980s and 1990s—an era defined by 386 and 486DX systems, the dawn of Intel's Pentium and MMX processors, and hard drives that held just 8 to 12GB. As technology evolved, he gained hands-on experience with modem cards, token ring networks, and eventually Ethernet hubs, switches, and routers. His first corporate role was as a consultant with Emtec at Tiffany & Co., a formative experience that launched a career centered on legacy systems, technical excellence, and a commitment to building positive, human-centered workplace cultures.

In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Cilluffo has pursued continuous education to enhance his knowledge. He completed coursework in information technology software applications programming at Colorado Technical University in 2014 and earned a certificate of completion in computer electronics from Dover Business College in 1995. His commitment to self-improvement is further evidenced by certifications such as Scrum Master Certified from Scrum Alliance Microsoft Azure, and Amazon AWS.
