Prior to joining Elior, Ms. Ziane was the division president at Grupo Eulen — which provides aviation, security and facility services to companies and public institutions — from 2021 to 2023. During her tenure, she successfully created and expanded a new facility services division through M&A and organic growth. Her leadership ensured that the division experienced no post-acquisition attrition in revenue or profit while client satisfaction surveys consistently improved.

From 2019 to 2021, Ms. Ziane served as the vice president of strategic account management at Sodexo. Her role involved overseeing key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction across various sectors. Before this, she held the position of vice president of technical solutions sales from 2018 to 2019, where she focused on delivering innovative solutions to meet client needs. Having spent more than two decades passionately providing care and necessities through Sodexo, where she saw the direct impact of facility and food services on residents and patients during vulnerable times, she was recognized for her outstanding service with Platinum Circle awards in 2015 and 2016.

Ms. Ziane's academic background and dedication to continuous learning have been instrumental in her career achievements. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of the People and a bachelor's degree in marketing and finance from Groupe ISCAE in Casablanca, Morocco, graduating in 1994. To augment her qualifications, she has completed the Financial Management Program at Cornell University and is certified as a project management professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. Furthermore, she is recognized as a Lean Six Sigma black belt by Villanova University, cementing her expertise in organizational transformation and leadership.

Known for her contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Ms. Ziane has served as national chair of the Sodexo Organization of Latinos (SOL) since 2015 and previously held roles as national communication chair for both SOL and the Sodexo Pan-Asian Network Group (PANG). Her support extends to various organizations aiding people with disabilities, LGBTQ+ organizations, women empowerment societies, arts councils and leadership diversity initiatives, highlighting her passion for equality and inclusion.
