From 2016 to 2022, Ms. Smith held the position of deputy chief human resources officer at the National Credit Union Administration. She completed her bachelor's degree in psychology at Hood College through a self-designed accelerated plan that allowed her to graduate in three years. Additionally, she holds a certificate in brain-based coaching from the NeuroLeadership Institute, obtained in 2022.
