Her responsibilities include evaluating performance at each station, collaborating with major United States and international carriers and implementing backup solutions to maintain reliable connectivity. Along with her responsibilities at Southwest Airlines, Ms. Kah works part-time as a project management teacher. Successfully balancing both roles while educating others has equipped her with a deeper knowledge of the fundamentals of Agile project management. During a four-year tenure at Credera — where she served as both a senior consultant and management consultant — she honed her ability to navigate ambiguous situations while developing individualized strategies and solutions for various clients.

Ms. Kah's equally accomplished academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in strategic management from Brigham Young University, which she completed in 2019. Driven to make a meaningful impact outside of her studies, she served as a teaching assistant in business law courses in 2018, was a student advisor from 2017 to 2019 and worked as a research assistant in the university's business strategy department. To expand her professional qualifications, she is certified as an Agile practitioner and project management professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute.

Beyond her professional achievements, Ms. Kah is actively involved with the Project Management Institute and its East Tennessee Chapter, reflecting her dedication to continuous learning and industry engagement. Also an instructor with the Project Management Center of Excellence, she helps aspiring professionals prepare for the PMP certification exam and develops new courses to meet modern-day client needs. Her reputation as a pioneer and innovator in this space expanded even further when she developed the Introduction to Agile Project Management course for the University of Phoenix.

Ms. Kah's longtime commitment to community service is evident through her role as a full-time proselytizing missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2014 to 2016 and as a volunteer with the Hiking Hounds Program at the Humane Society of the Tennessee Valley. In her personal life, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, cooking and spending quality time with her two dogs. She attributes much of her success to the morals and values instilled by her parents, emphasizing effort, kindness and consideration as key components of her achievements.
