Drawing upon over four decades of experience in organizational management, leadership development and entrepreneurship, Mr. Adams has earned distinction as the founder, chairman and chief executive officer of Targatek Inc. Incorporated in 2018 as a startup SaaS technology company, Targatek's leadership platform, TARGA.AI, functions as a "digital chief of staff" and offers a wealth of groundbreaking performance automation solutions, freeing leaders to focus their energy on more pivotal strategic decisions. Through Mr. Adams' leadership, the firm is completing a reverse merger with an Over the Counter (OTC) shell in which Targatek Inc. will become a holding company to merge, acquire and partner with like-kind companies to help heighten its growth trajectory.

Initially serving in management positions in Fortune 100 companies, including Johnson & Johnson, Borg Warner Health Products and Herman Miller until 1986, Mr. Adams founded and exited his first management consultancy, the Adams Group, in 1992. In 1993, he founded InfoSource, a management consultancy that was acquired by Dell/Perot Systems in 1996, where he served as a strategic alliance advisor to Perot's chairman of consulting until his departure in 1998. Upon leaving Perot, Mr. Adams founded Consult WhiteSpace LLC as an innovation and consulting firm where he continues to serve as a thought leader and fractional chief strategy officer. In 2025, he incorporated Consult Whitespace and reoriented the firm's priorities to a licensing model centered around his proprietary performance program known as OUTCOME DYNAMICS.

Well-regarded as a pioneer in the field of changing the leader experience (LX), Targatek's universal applicability is earning widespread acclaim, including qualifying for Fast Company's Big Tech Idea of the Year contest in 2022 and a spotlight feature among The Silicon Review's 50 Top Companies to Watch in 2023. A prolific writer, Mr. Adams has authored several white papers and articles for professional publications, as well as "OUTFOCUS – Harness the Power of Collaboration," a book published via Forbes Books and the first in a three-part series titled "The Great Collaboration Race." Likewise, he has shared his thoughts via other media avenues, including as the host of his podcast series, "Boards That Work."

Featured on the cover of CIO Bulletin Magazine in 2023, Mr. Adams was selected as one of Five CEOs to Watch by Silicon Review in 2023 and was lauded as Chairman of the Year in the category of "technology in workplace transformation" by CEO Monthly Magazine three years running in 2022, 2023 and 2024.

Outside of his primary endeavors, Mr. Adams is an accomplished artist. Primarily working with oil on canvas and favoring a hyper-realistic style, many of his still-life pieces feature his own fine wines, classic cars and sports memorabilia. A wide array of his work can be found in private collections, charitable organizations and select galleries, while other pieces are available for online purchase or via commission.

Initially studying industrial psychology and management at Ithaca College, from which he earned a Bachelor of Science in 1973, Mr. Adams subsequently attended Pace University under a Johnson & Johnson-sponsored executive media program in 1976. In subsequent years, he would go on to be certified as a change management consultant and in board education by ExecRank in 2018.

In accounting for his overall success, Mr. Adams credits the influence of his family, who impressed upon him the importance of ethical fortitude, hard work and treating people fairly. He is also grateful for the mentorship of his father, whose entrepreneurial spirit inspired Mr. Adams to chart a similar course in life.
