Prior to his current endeavors, Mr. Clinciu served as an assistant professor at the National Chin-Yi University of Technology in Taichung, Taiwan, from 2015 to 2021. During this period, he also contributed as a scientific writer and editor at the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University between 2018 and 2019. His academic journey in Taiwan began earlier with positions as an assistant professor at National Chi Nan University from 2016 to 2017 and at Feng Chia University for the preceding three years. Additionally, he was a visiting scholar at Taipei Medical University from 2011 to 2015 where he started working on his second PhD in Translational Medicine and continued his research in cancer response mechanisms at China Medical University in Taichung until 2021. Notably, he discovered that UVB light treatment can shrink the size of breast tumors in mice. For various reasons, he decided to return to the USA in 2021 and halted his research investigations. However, he still works with co-investigators and researchers in writing and publishing related articles.

Mr. Clinciu's educational foundation is robust, having earned a doctorate and a Master of Science in information management with a concentration in bioinformatics and multi-level learning respectively from National Chiao Tung University in 2011. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in biology and medical technology, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science from California State University-Sacramento, completed in 1999. He also trained as a medical technician in the U.S. Beyond his education, he attributes his accomplishments to his curiosity and being a continual learner.

Furthering his industry expertise, Mr. Clinciu is professionally affiliated with the Ministry of Education of the Republic of China (Taiwan). His scholarly contributions are significant, as he has authored numerous research papers and articles published in prestigious journals. His works have been recognized with various awards, such as the Conference Committee Chair Certificate Award at the Science and Technology Conference in Dubai in 2015 and the Educational Achievement Award from Sacramento City College.

Beyond his work in academia, Mr. Clinciu is actively involved in civic activities. He has sponsored Children International and Compassion International and has volunteered with Harmony Home Foundation in Taiwan. His dedication extends to mission trips focused on projects for children, education, and more through church affiliations and others.

In addition to his professional pursuits, Mr. Clinciu enjoys writing about philosophy, science, technology, education and life experiences in his free time.
