Prior to joining her current firm, Ms. Miller served from 2014 to 2016 as a judicial law clerk at the Pima County Superior Court, where she honed her legal skills and gain invaluable insights into the judicial process. Before that appointment, she was a sole practitioner at the Law Office of Audrey C. Stirnitzke in Eugene, Oregon, where she developed a deep understanding of client advocacy.
In 2011, Ms. Miller briefly worked as a temporary staff attorney for the ACLU of Oregon, where she contributed to important civil liberties initiatives. Her commitment to public service was also evident during her time as a student advocate at the University of Arizona Child & Family Law Clinic, where she provided legal assistance to families in need. Additionally, she gained early experience as a legal intern with Pinal County and as a judicial clerk for the City of Tucson.
Ms. Miller's academic background laid a strong foundation for her career achievements. She earned her Doctor of Jurisprudence magna cum laude from the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law in 2011 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in interdisciplinary studies, magna cum laude, from the same university, completed in 2005. In addition to her schooling, she attributes her success to the unwavering support of her family, especially her mother, father and husband.
Beyond her professional commitments, Ms. Miller is actively involved in civic-minded organizations. She is a past board member for the ACLU of Oregon's Lane County Chapter and has contributed to Planned Parenthood initiatives. In addition to these roles, she is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and part of the Pima County Bar Association.
In her personal life, Ms. Miller enjoys engaging with exotic animals, crafting, painting, photography and writing.
