MOUNT HOREB, WI, July 01, 2025 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Brian R. Ramos, co-founder and visionary leader of RADAR Nonprofit Solutions, has been selected for inclusion in Marquis Who's Who. Each year, Marquis Who's Who profiles accomplished professionals based on their notable achievements, leadership, and prominence in their field.

Mr. Ramos is widely recognized for his contributions to the modernization of nonprofit financial operations. As co-founder and current vice president and chief financial officer of RADAR Nonprofit Solutions, he has been a driving force in building the company from the ground up—transforming it into a trusted partner for nonprofits nationwide. With a focus on data transparency, operational efficiency, and tech-forward financial consulting, Mr. Ramos brings a unique blend of strategic leadership and entrepreneurial insight to the sector.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Ramos held several leadership roles within the organization, including director of operations and implementations (2019–2022) and director of systems and process improvement (2022–2024), where he played a critical role in building the company's infrastructure and client service systems. His earlier career included serving as controller at Opera Philadelphia and development operations manager at Seattle Opera, in addition to project consulting roles with the Nonprofit Finance Fund and arts organizations in Madison, Wisconsin.

A magna cum laude graduate of Brigham Young University, Mr. Ramos earned his Bachelor of Arts in theater arts studies with a specialization in stage and theater management, and minors in ballroom dance and business. He later completed his Master of Business Administration in arts administration from the Wisconsin School of Business at the University of Wisconsin–Madison. In 2020, he became a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Pennsylvania.

Outside of his professional career, Mr. Ramos is an Eagle Scout and an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, having served a mission in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is a lifelong ballroom dancer, having performed with formation teams across the country, and enjoys CrossFit, singing, theater, and spending time with his wife, Brouge, and their sons.

Looking ahead, Mr. Ramos aims to expand RADAR's services across the nonprofit sector, with plans to broaden its consulting offerings and launch an innovative reporting platform that streamlines access to financial data for both clients and internal teams.
