Prior to joining Strativia, Mrs. Richardson briefly held the role of senior human resource manager and facility security officer at Systems Integration Inc., where her responsibilities included managing security clearances and ensuring compliance with federal regulations. From 2020 to 2022, she was the human resources manager at GardaWorld, where she honed her skills in managing HR operations for a global security services company.

Mrs. Richardson's storied career trajectory also includes her tenure as an HR and business operations manager at Sterling LLC from 2018 to 2020. Here, she gained valuable insights into operational HR, which further enriched her expertise. Before this, she served as a human resources manager at Bradley Technologies Inc. (BTI) Security from 2016 to 2018, during which she was pivotal in maintaining steady HR functions during a period of organizational change.

Working with the United States Department of Energy for close to a decade, Mrs. Richardson developed strategic HR initiatives that supported the department's mission and soon advanced from a supervisor role to a management position. Earlier in her career, she was the director of recruitment services at McNeil Technologies Inc., now AECOM, from 2002 to 2007. In this capacity, she spearheaded the recruitment and management efforts for the Greater Rochester International Airport after 9/11 with the privatization of airport contract award. Additionally, her involvement in the successful collaboration of McNeil Technologies and McNeil Security significantly advanced her career as she enjoyed the unwavering trust of her colleagues and displayed her reputation for maintaining punctuality in challenging situations.

Mrs. Richardson's academic background laid a strong foundation for her professional achievements. She earned a master's degree in communication from The University of Akron in 2002 and a Bachelor of Arts in mass communications and media studies from Delaware State University in 1995. To augment her qualifications, she is certified as a notary public by the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Prince George's County, Maryland. Though she initially went to college with aspirations of becoming an announcer for ESPN, a twist of fate led her to take over the YMCA in Akron, Ohio, after which she began to pursue new opportunities and quickly found her calling in the human resources realm.

Happily married to her high school sweetheart (Royal) and a proud mother of a daughter (Jazmyn) and son (Xavier), Mrs. Richardson has been influenced by the unwavering support of her parents (Joan and Donald Gaines) and mentor James McNeil, whose guidance has been pivotal throughout her career. Driven by a passion for supporting smaller companies that may lack dedicated HR departments, she aspires to open her own consulting firm to provide direction for those in need.
