His agency now represents over 80 athletes, employs six full-time staff members and has generated over $15 million in contracts for their clients. Throughout his career, Mr. Jordan has emphasized his deep commitment to the relationships he and his team build with the athletes they serve, prioritizing personal growth and long-term success over transactional interactions. While his background in corporate law offered a different path, it was the opportunity to guide young athletes toward financial empowerment and personal development that inspired his fulfilling work.

In addition to his primary role, Mr. Jordan also co-founded Hydrofy, a hydrogen and electrolyte company. His expertise in sports law and contracts has been honed through his work as a director of basketball operations and coach for several different sports teams, including the LA Ignite and Lake Norman Christian.

Mr. Jordan's career began with roles that combined his passion for sports and law. From 2020 to 2021, he served as the director of basketball operations and assistant coach at Lake Norman Christian School, where he managed various responsibilities, including coaching and recruiting talent. During law school, he was the head basketball coach and social media director for Proskills Basketball. His early experiences, as well as his parents' careers in teaching, shaped the way he has built out Jordan Sports Group.

Educationally, Mr. Jordan holds a Juris Doctor from Wake Forest Law at Wake Forest University, graduating in 2020 on a full scholarship. He also earned a bachelor's degree in political science with a minor in sports management from NC State University in 2017, completing his studies in just three years. Further enhancing his credentials, he completed coursework in negotiation at Harvard Business School in 2021. These academic achievements have equipped him with the skills necessary to navigate the complex landscape of sports law and athlete representation.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Mr. Jordan is actively involved in civic organizations that focus on financial literacy. He helped launch Lawyers for Literacy, a program that mentors and tutors public school students who have learning disabilities. Furthermore, he has taught special needs fitness classes, again drawing inspiration from his upbringing by parents who valued education and service.

Mr. Jordan has also contributed to his field through written work. He has authored "In Loving Memory of George 'SONNY' Barron Smith: January 25, 1930-May 10, 2012," which earned him the D.T. Smithwick Newspaper and Magazine Article Award from the North Carolina Society of Historians in 2014.

In his personal life, Mr. Jordan enjoys watching and playing sports, playing board games with his wife, visiting breweries with friends and walking his dog.
