Concurrently, they operated an ATM sales and maintenance company that became the largest independent service provider in the United States by 2015, all under Mr. Black's leadership as the chief executive officer and chairman.
A pivotal milestone in Mr. Black's journey came in 2010, when he co-founded Ncontracts, a compliance and risk management software provider for financial institutions. Over the next 14 years, he led the company's expansion to over 4,000 clients across all 50 states.
