Her tenure as chief financial officer and treasurer at Complex Networks from 2019 to 2022 marked a significant achievement as she transformed the company into a public entity through a merger transaction with Buzzfeed, further solidifying her reputation for driving success. In 2022, she was the executive vice president, finance transformation officer and treasurer at BuzzFeed.

Ms. Perrot-Johnson's earlier career includes a role as CFO consultant for technology finance at Disney Streaming Services in 2018. She spent several years at Viacom, where she held various positions, including vice president of corporate finance and global treasury from 2013 to 2017, vice president and head of global financial planning and the analysis group from 2011 to 2013 and vice president of financial planning and analysis from 1999 to 2011. She began her career as an associate in the equity research department at Salomon Smith Barney from 1994 to 1997 before becoming the director of corporate development at King World from 1997 to 1999.

Ms. Perrot-Johnson earned a Master of Business Administration in finance and international management from Columbia Business School in 1993 and a Bachelor of Arts in international finance from ESCP Business School. She is a chartered financial analyst through the CFA Institute and obtained a Series 7 license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Ms. Perrot-Johnson is actively involved in civic organizations. She served on the board finance committee for Amanda Selwyn Dance Theatre/Notes in Motion, was a fundraising manager for Lucky C Stables Team with the Interscholastic Equestrian Association and volunteers with the Central Park Conservancy. Additionally, she was appointed by the Prime Minister of France to represent French interests in the U.S. by building business relationships between U.S. and French companies and promoting trade and investment opportunities between the two countries.
