Mr. Brown is a distinguished professional with a diverse career spanning various industries. As the co-founder of The Andreas Foundation Inc., he plays an integral role in helping families who have lost children and infants through providing knowledge and support. He primarily oversees programming, engages with the board, manages fundraising efforts and leads all organizational events. He initially started the foundation after seeing a gap in resources and support for families suffering from the loss of an infant after losing his first child soon after birth.

In addition to his work with The Andreas Foundation, Mr. Brown is also the co-owner and chief operating officer of We Are Wonderfully Made LLC, a hot sauce company he and his wife have managed since 2018. He also completed 10 years of active service in the U.S. Navy before retiring as a lieutenant. Before his military tenure, he was a student employee and student leader at The Pennsylvania State University from 2009 to 2013.

Throughout his career, Mr. Brown has been actively involved in prestigious organizations. He has been a sergeant-at-arms for Alpha Toastmasters 1906 since 2024 and has been a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity since 2010, where he collaborated with the March of Dimes and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Additionally, he served as an alumni council member for the Penn State Alumni Association from 2021 to 2024.

Mr. Brown's educational background includes a Master of Management in corporate innovation and entrepreneurship from the Mary Jean and Frank P. Smeal College of Business at The Pennsylvania State University in 2021. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in integrative arts with a focus on architecture from Pennsylvania State University in 2013 and a diploma in architectural drafting and computer-aided design from Charter High School for Architecture + Design. In addition to his education, he attributes his success to his innate curiosity and desire for continuous learning.

Furthering his professional expertise, Mr. Brown's certifications include Project Management Professional from the Project Management Institute, Prosci Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci and several certifications from Cornell University. In addition, he has contributed to the industry through his publications "Equality Should Be At Forefront Of Thoughts" in the Daily Collegian in 2013 and "Diversity in Design" in Architectural Record in 2009.

Born in Philadelphia, Mr. Brown cherishes time spent with his daughter. He also enjoys going to the gym, vacationing and tasting wine and whiskey from around the world. Looking toward the future, he envisions expanding his foundation's reach beyond New York and New Jersey by broadening initiatives to research illnesses affecting children prematurely. Additionally, he aims to provide training for health care professionals to enhance their interactions with families facing child loss, striving for more compassionate experiences during such difficult times.
