Since 2012, she has served as an interfaith and interspiritual minister as Reverend Lynn Gladstone, offering her skills to those in need of spiritual support. Her signature practice is offering her services as a minister to wedding couples. Her expertise in counseling couples and officiating wedding ceremonies is widely recognized, reflecting her commitment to fostering meaningful connections.

Prior to her current title, Dr. Weisman was the director of human resources at Weisman Discount Home Centers from 1986 to 2005. In this capacity, she honed her abilities in managing personnel and organizational dynamics, which laid a strong foundation for her subsequent endeavors in ministry. Before that, she owned Mademoiselle from 1978 to 1983 as an entrepreneur.

Dr. Weisman's career began in education as a school social worker with Mount Vernon Public Schools in New York from 1970 to 1975. This early experience in social work was instrumental in shaping her understanding of human behavior and community needs, which continues to inform her work today. Her membership in the National Association of Social Work, Disaster Chaplaincy, and local civic groups further underscores her ongoing commitment to these fields. She has contributed to her industry by authoring "The Marriage Mix."

Academically, Dr. Weisman earned a doctorate in divinity from All Faiths Seminary International in 2015 complementing her ordination from One Spirit Interfaith and Interspiritual Seminary in 2012. She also holds a Master of Social Work from Hunter School of Social Work, completed in 1975, and a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from New York University, obtained in 1970.

Dr. Weisman's personal philosophy is deeply influenced by her mother's motivation and her own can-do attitude. This mindset has not only propelled her career but also inspired her children to become model citizens, a familial accomplishment she holds dear.

Beyond her professional life, Dr. Weisman is involved with Kids Helping Kids, American Jewish World Service, One Spirit Learning Alliance, The Memory Project, American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, the Human Rights Campaign, Planned Parenthood and Miriam's House. Of all her civic work, she is most proud of chairing a Torah project that raised 6 million dollars for Congregation Kol Ami in White Plains, NY. For fun she ballroom dances, crafts, and writes.
