Before joining Stuart Weitzman, Ms. Fabrizio thrived at Marc Jacobs as a merchandising manager from 2016 to 2017, overseeing product assortments and ensuring alignment with market trends. Her career trajectory also includes a tenure at Kate Spade & Company, where she held a series of roles between 2012 and 2016, starting as a merchandiser coordinator. Ms. Fabrizio proudly progressed to be named the assistant merchandiser for jewelry and key fobs, then for small leather goods and tech, before becoming an associate merchandiser.

A desire to achieve continuous improvement prompted Ms. Fabrizio to pursue academic excellence. She now holds a Bachelor of Arts in history and political science from Hunter College in 2011. Initially aspiring to become an attorney, she identified a specific interest in fashion law during her research, which drove her to enroll at the Fashion Institute of Technology and complete an Associate of Applied Science in fashion merchandising in 2012. Ms. Fabrizio was then invited to complete an internship at Nordstrom Inc. in 2011, followed by participation in their designer management training program in 2012.

In recognition of her professional achievements, Ms. Fabrizio accepted the Lew Award from Tapestry Inc. in 2019 and 2020. She acknowledges the positive influence of both her mother and grandmother, as well as several mentors, each of whom has helped guide and shape her career. She remains committed to civic engagement, as evidenced by her support for pediatric cancer initiatives and Dress for Success, as well as her contributions to children's toy drives, and she enjoys traveling and playing tennis.
