Before establishing Vicky's Pathways, Ms. Oberlander served as the chief financial officer and in various financial roles at Coal Country Community Health Center in Western North Dakota, from 2014 to 2024. During her tenure, she navigated the complexities of managing grant funding amidst the rapidly changing regulations of the COVID pandemic. Her adept handling of these challenges ensured compliance, demonstrating her exceptional leadership and financial acumen.

Before her role at Coal Country Community Health Center, Ms. Oberlander held various accounting roles at Red Trail Energy in Richardton, North Dakota, from 2007 to 2014. Her experience there laid the groundwork for her subsequent roles, enabling her to refine her skills in finance and management.

Ms. Oberlander's academic background includes a bachelor's degree in finance with minors in accounting and business management from Minot State University, where she graduated in 2007. This education provided her with a solid foundation in financial principles, which has been pivotal throughout her career. She attributes much of her success to the guidance and support of her parents, coaches, teachers, mentors, family and friends who have played significant roles in her personal and professional growth.

Beyond her professional work, Ms. Oberlander volunteers as a facilitator and board member for The Beginning Experience of Western North Dakota, demonstrating her commitment to giving back to the community and supporting those in need.

Outside of her professional life, Ms. Oberlander enjoys songwriting and cherishes spending time with family and friends. As a devoted parent to three children aged 16, 13, and 11, she remains committed to both her family and her professional growth.
