During this time, she contributed significantly to various projects, such as the Venetian Pool Deck Renovation and the Palazzo Tower Suite and Venetian Tower Suite Renovations. Mrs. Richardson's expertise in leadership and management was also honed during her tenure as the principal and owner's representative at Lucas Management Group LLC between 2012 and 2020.

Mrs. Richardson's career began with roles that laid a strong foundation for her future success. As an assistant authorized representative at Bechtel Infrastructure between 2009 and 2012, she gained valuable experience in major project oversight. Earlier positions included project manager roles at Molasky Group of Companies and LF Harris & Company. Mrs. Richardson's initial industry experience was as a project engineer at Turnberry Place Construction, dating back to 1999.

In preparation for her future, Mrs. Richardson earned an associate degree in construction management engineering from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2001 and an associate degree in interior architecture from the Academy of Art University in 2006.

Mrs. Richardson's professional journey is complemented by numerous certifications that enhance her expertise. She holds a Six Sigma yellow belt certification from Bechtel Six Sigma in 2011 and completed the OSHA 30-Hour construction industry outreach through 360training.com in 2020. Additionally, Mrs. Richardson pursued servant leadership training through LinkedIn in 2020. She is currently working towards a project management professional certification. She intends to obtain a general contractor's license to enhance her competitiveness within the construction management sector.
