Previously at PepsiCo, Mr. Pandya served as Global Head of the Metrics, Modeling, and Monetization team within the Strategy & Ecosystem group. In this strategic role, he led complex enterprise-wide analyses to support commercial teams and built a measurement framework for large-scale digital transformation initiatives and capital appropriation decisions. His work directly influenced how data was leveraged to align investment, innovation, and performance goals.

Before joining PepsiCo, Mr. Pandya led customer insights at Brother International from 2019 to 2021, driving customer experience strategies through behavioral analytics. From 2018 to 2019, he was involved in digital product and service development within the corporate and investment banking division of JPMorgan Chase & Co. His expertise in data strategy and product innovation was further refined during his tenure at TD Ameritrade (now Charles Schwab & Co., Inc.) from 2011 to 2017, where he specialized in marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and insights generation.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pandya held key roles at Anthem Insurance Companies, Inc. (2009–2011) in customer insights, and at E-Trade Financial (2006–2008), where he led retail distribution strategy and digital platform development. His professional journey began at Merrill Lynch, where he spent a decade (1996–2006) excelling in private client marketing within the wealth management division.

Mr. Pandya holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University (2012), an MBA from Rutgers University, and dual bachelor's degrees in Industrial Engineering and Statistics from the same institution. His commitment to continuous learning is reflected in advanced certifications, including a Data Monetization Strategy credential from the MIT Sloan School of Management (2022) and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification. These academic achievements have enabled him to effectively apply advanced analytics and operational strategy to solve complex business challenges.

Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Mr. Pandya is committed to civic engagement. He actively supports organizations such as Habitat for Humanity International, Build-A-Bear Workshop Inc., and St. Francis Church. He served as a youth soccer coach for the Edison United Soccer Association from 2015 to 2021 and contributed as a committee member for Measurement and Accountability with the Association of National Advertisers in 2016.

Mr. Pandya has been recognized with several accolades throughout his career, including the President's Award from Merrill Lynch. He has also served as a guest speaker on data analytics for the New York Chapter of the Association of National Advertisers, where he shared thought leadership on applying data-driven insights to marketing intelligence and product innovation.

Outside of his professional pursuits, Mr. Pandya enjoys playing tennis—having competed in two national tournaments—alongside hiking and personal fitness.
