Prior to her current position, Ms. Rippon was the director of the Salesforce Financial Services Cloud within the Global Salesforce Practice at Slalom Inc. from 2023 to 2025. In this role, she honed her skills in managing complex projects and delivering innovative solutions to clients. Before joining Slalom, she served as the director of the Banking and Lending Practice at Fortimize from 2018 to 2022, where she played a pivotal role in driving growth and enhancing client relationships.

Ms. Rippon's career began with technical roles that laid the foundation for her future achievements. From 2007 to 2017, she co-owned Total Networks LLC as an information systems engineer, providing consulting services that helped businesses optimize their operations. Concurrently, she worked as an information systems consultant for various industry clients ranging from educational travel and study abroad companies, to startup technology firms from 2005 to 2015. Ms. Rippon's early career included a position as a junior developer at InnSeason Resorts in 2005, and work at a venture funded startup company in 1999 building out hosting networks for a .com company.

Prior to commencing her career, Ms. Rippon pursued higher education, earning a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1998. This educational achievement marked a significant milestone as she became the first person in her family to earn a college degree. Ms. Rippon's dedication to continuous learning is evident through her numerous certifications; she is a certified business analyst and certified AI associate from Salesforce Inc., in addition to being a Slack certified consultant from Slack Technologies LLC.
