Mr. Keating's career also includes significant contributions as a partner at KPMG LLP from 1996 to 2005. His early career was marked by his role as consulting center manager at James Martin & Co. in Reston, Virginia, from 1992 to 1996. Notably, Mr. Keating's professional journey began with a distinguished military career as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, spanning from 1986 to 2006.

Prior to embarking on his professional path, Mr. Keating earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Tulane University in 1986 and a Master of Business Administration from Pamplin College of Business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 1989.
