From 2018 to 2020, she served as a logistics system analyst for the Defense Logistics Agency. Before this, she was stationed in Korea from 2015 to 2016 as the branch chief of the materiel readiness branch for the 19th Expeditionary Support Command. Ms. Bonville's influence extended to academia, where she served as the director of the CSUSVA at Columbia Southern University from 2014 to 2015.
Ms. Bonville's earlier experience includes titles such as senior ordnance logistics officer with the 8th Military Police from 2010 to 2012 and contract officer for the G4 director of logistics in Kuwait from 2008 to 2009. Her commitment to education and continuous professional development is reflected in her time as an instructor and writer for the Warrant Officer Professional Development Division between 2005 and 2008. Upon her retirement, she was awarded a Legion Of Merit for 29 years of service, recognizing her role as a senior logistics specialist in command, control, communications, computer intelligence, surveillance and assessment at the evaluation center.
Advanced academic credentials further define Ms. Bonville's profile. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Metropolitan State University of Denver, completed in 1987, and a master's degree in project management from the University of Phoenix, which she finished in 2007. She also pursued coursework toward a Doctorate of Business Administration at Columbia Southern University in 2011, and Ms. Bonville has secured distinct industry certifications including the certified Six Sigma Black Belt and Green Belt from the International Six Sigma Institute and project management professional certification.
Ms. Bonville's professional affiliations demonstrate her deep commitment to productive networking and community engagement. She is a member of the National Museum of African American History and Culture and serves on the board of directors for the Ordnance Corps Hall of Fame.
