It was here that he made a notable impact by identifying contractual errors with vendors of leased flat machines, saving the casino approximately $300,000. This achievement, which included recognition through the company's Excellent Customer Service Award, marked an early highlight in his career while he was still pursuing his college education. He also gained early aerospace experience as a financial analyst at Crissair Inc., where his path led him from senior accountant to senior financial analyst between 2014 and 2018 and eventually to his senior role at Ford.

Born in Moldova, Mr. Kolominski became part of the first generation of his family to move to the United States in 1994. With little money and limited proficiency in English, he was compelled to learn and adapt to his new surroundings quickly, arming him with the remarkable motivation and resilience he has shown throughout his career. Going on to pursue higher education, he earned an associate degree in applied science with a focus on computer networking from Baker College in 2003 and a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting with a minor in information technology from Baker College in 2007. To expand his knowledge and qualifications, he completed multiple courses in Microsoft Excel and business intelligence dashboards through LinkedIn in 2021.

Known for his contributions as a civic-minded citizen, Mr. Kolominski is actively involved in volunteering for food drives and contributing to the welfare of those in need throughout his community. Also passionate about economic empowerment, he has served as treasurer on the board of directors for Media City Credit Union since 2013.
